Change is Inevitable and The Young are Warriors of Change
Freud claimed that in human civilization 'rational analysis' (wishful dreaming = 'reason') replaced instincts, being a higher state. 'Ratio' indeed in the Western World suppressed intuition, except for psychiatrists that is more like a catastrophe than like getting closer to the human notion 'Truth'. Collective happiness produces the energy for progress, but 'rationally' 'unlawful' pleasure was taxed with the IDEA guilt. Freud 'reasoned' this into inevitable clash between 'collective behavior' ('rationally' seen as primitive) and individual 'ideas' ('rationally' 'rational dreams are advanced) (body-mind split)
Sex for 'individual' brain-orgasms is allowed as thrilling 'virtual sex reality' for 'managers' ('mind-game'-junks of braindrug 'understanding'),
bodily sex as satisfying behavior is allowed for workers (human animals) outside sex-drug industry
when not disturbing 'production-performance' (obstructing holy cash flow).
Marcuse sees 'collective' behavior (intuition) as basic of civilizations and INHERENTLY argues that 'sex' as 'work is an IDEA
[porn is an addictive virtual reality] and that only EXECUTING 'work like 'eros' is behavior'.
Intuition/'common sense' through BEHAVIOR aims at joint happiness by experimenting with change in behavior.
.Eros = the will to behave as family.
Dictatorship of 'Reason'
| Herbert Marcuse believes in an 'extended family' where the 'poor' are also family members and more than cashflow slaves of the 'economy' of the wealthy 'billionaires' ('The good'. In Russia called 'The Oligarchs'). For Marcuse biological dominancy is not the problem but the 'dictatorship of reason', executed by Western Governments for The Very Rich (The Jetset). Marcuse unlike Marx doesn't use the DIVIDE Rich and Poor (good and evil) but the Common Sense FAMILY notions Older and Younger (less flexible/curious). |
Without mentioning it Marcuse observes that in the capitalism era few thousands of billionaires run earth as 'gods' (modern slavery). In the totally corrupted US empire around The Jetset this is since "the sixties" in strangling way obvious (Law and Order).
Marcuse keeps believing in the renewal talent of youth, despite of the modern religion 'rationality' around slave-bosses like 'presidents', 'senates', 'lawyers', 'judges', 'police', 'army', 'accountants', ....
In a new preface to Eros and Civilisation Marcuse writes that their protest will continue: the young are in the forefront of those who live and fight for Eros against Death... Today the fight for life, the fight for Eros, is the political fight.

find a challenge in COLLECTIVE happiness resulting from sexuality and respect.
They act much more by simply directly reacting on sense experiences (intuition), than through 'understanding'.
That way they appear as fast, they themselves don't feel so.
Madonna: Time goes by so slowly. Their inspiring 'descendants' are artists like: U2, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera, Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Nelly Furtado, Beyonce, Rihanna, Kate Perry, Coldplay. A lot of them energetic bitches. Realize that Red Indians dancing in trance on some beat, is not different from swinging in trance on 'beat-music'. Don't let this innovative 'swinging' be smothered by rigid prejudiced officials, who came very powerful through 2 world wars and use public frenzy to prevent change (ignorantly invite fascism). As behavior of a candidate paradigm starts being sexually attractive wisdom, the dominant paradigm is on the verge of paradigm shift. |

In Red Indian communities young people hold a sacred place, as used to be in many communities.
Traditionally the elders would watch the new ones as they came onto this earth.
The young human is encouraged to be who it is,
instead of being something else that society or someone else may feel he/she should become. Eros is the will not to use domination, the will to accept others. Eros is the will to cooperate as duo or 'family'. |
