In Khadaffi's Libiya Middle East countries didn't like to assist in maintaining a no fly zone.
The reason is simple. These governments didn't give a damn about Khadaffi, but practically all Middle East governments are dictatorships in various shapes, violently surpressing emotion with some sort of 'ratio', and could survive by assistence of US and Europe.
All these dictatorships could be the next victim of the paradigm shift in the middle east.
The Syrian dictator Al Assad only is not removed because the Western World fears the consequences, loosing control in the world of oil. Politics is a dirty game.
