In the Western World sense behavior is called a fact if this event has a rational explanation AND = bible fact AND = CIA World Book Fact.
If it fits in Law and Order. In common sense (for instance Buddhism) a 'fact' is something whose activity you can OBSERVE.

Facts are culture dependent BEHAVIOR. Culture-1 can use Bible, Koran, ... to 'rationally' consider someone as disgusting Terrorist who's behavior is recognized in 'common sense' culture-2 as honorable 'Fighting for Freedom' against very observable deadly exploitation.
'Rationally' in money value a tree is nutritious and some square meters of wood. In common sense it is seen as part of life, life-space for animals etcetera. So if you consider rectangular paperlets (dollars) important, than rationally you decide for cutting. In common sense cutting is recognized as killing life. 1 thing is clear, humans can't eat paper. Erasing squirrels and butterflies are also 'rational' facts, but without much value in paper dollars.

The ancient Roman Empirial Exploiters (slave-owners = aristocrats = followers of 'animist' Aristotle) invented 'Bread and Games'. Bread for hungry 'Muscles' and Games for their 'Ego's' (implanted by The Emperor). This Catholic mind-body split became a fixed pair with 'Law and Order'.
'Rationality' = 'rational' behavior ('efficient' = with minimal emotion). Intelligence without behavior (life without energy) is the Catholic myth 'spirituality' that became Western myth. Also referred to as: 'realizing abstract models' (playing virtual games).

In say Kathmandu (Nepal) the beauty of nature makes you muze about life. About respect for nature and living in harmony. Magnificent mountains make you realize presuming the existence of 'life without body' is only worth a good laugh.

An attempt to keep evolution within the borders of the religion with name 'rationalism'.

Four flagrant examples:

- Punishing serious opponents as terrorists. The first attacker of Christian Science (words-terrorist) was a brilliant professor, but was TOTALLY ignored (banned as scientist), and died in obscurity in 1744.

- Mistaking making decisions with compromising. Fine example: The Israel-Palestine Conflict.

- Valueing Individual Freedom (Liberty or Egoism) above Collective Freedom (that resulted in Capitalism).

- Misuse of the myth Western Democracy.

Education in 'Schools'

Some time ago in Western Countries there were Bible Schools. Unpurposely pointing to the fact that Roman Christianity embraced Rational Logic as 'house logic'. Koran Schools sure use some logic, derived from the thinking of Mohammad.
In Western eyes being educated at a Koran School is in many ways cause of 'irrational behavior'. That is similar to saying that being educated 'rationally' on a Management School is 'a-Koran'.
In earlier times it took a 12 year old boy to teach such 'pharisees' common sense.

In Western countries education after primary school became 'rational'. Such fundamental thinking causes HUGE problems in judging non-western reality.

Western 'Schools' starting with secundary education might be seen as 'rational temples'. The highest rational education became 'university'. The last part of 'Theology' in Vanderbilt University, Harvard University and Yale University quite fundamentally is called 'divinity school'.
Anyway the temple 'university' offers a splendid way to get a distorted view on reality (the scientific view).

Calculus was the ultimate illusion created by rational logic. Analysis was DIVIDING human life in 'slave life' and 'master life'. wisdom

In fact EVERY human is mentally fullgrown somewhere between 12 and 16. A way to make the tiny rational reality look bigger, by researching ever smaller (time,space) slices.
Anyway 'mentally growing' is only staying 'up to date' in reactions to reality.

In Western countries the relation life, sex and wisdom got SERIOUSLY out of balance. Many western people (including politicians) die of old age before ever reaching 'wisdom'. Education should focus much more on the stage of developing brains. After 16 comes a long sexually active stage with little mental growth.
Fit for developing skills, but not suited for developing 'wisdom'.

Alpha Humans

Alpha Humans are nothing special. In fact 'Alpha' might be replaced by 'Common Sense' Thinkers. Humans that were indicated by Romans as 'pagan' had as mental leaders 'Thinkers'. In their cultures still are humans with amazing talents, but those are on the verge of disappearing.

Ancient Gnosticism divided humanity in 3 people having more less of 3 qualities:
1. Leaders (the Freehinkers, experimenting with 'Ethics')
2. The Sheep (using mainly traditional 'intuition')
3. The Warriors

As example I'll relate how I approach Internet and computers.
1. I treat computers as simple but extremely consistent animals.
2. That way the Google search-animal for me is a very predictive tracker (a search engine of religion rationalism).
3. Of course I know a lot of Google that in the meantime is hidden.
I studied the original Google design, already in 1995.
4. But in essence I play 'trial and error' with this search-animal with crocodile behavior (extreme machine like).
5. In the meantime within in general 3 months I have a website in the Google Top 10 on a few searchwords.
(only some subject seem to be 'protected', my site about 'The Israel-Palestine Conflict' fell without apparent reason from rank 3 to around 100.
And my site about Osama bin Laden on many searchword combinations in ranking is undervalued)

So behaving like a human animal is VERY effective, it's reacting through intuition on sense experience with computer speed. Making decisions in a fraction of a second, what using rational supercomputers takes months. And computers only analyze the 'rational' aspects of 'simple' situations. That means: without being able to evaluate dynamic and multidimensional experiences.

Myth seen as Knowledge Virus"

As a starter some definitions of 'myth' found on Internet:

A myth is a traditional story whose author is unknown. It has its roots in the primitive folk-beliefs of cultures and uses the supernatural to interpret natural events and to explain a culture's view of the universe and the nature of humanity.

An imaginative story using symbols and colorful images to help us understand a truth either too complicated or too difficult to express in words. Unfortunately most modern readers consider myth to be equivalent to fairy tale-a good story perhaps, but without truth. This understanding of myth, however, is totally different from what the sacred writer and biblical scholar would intend. A myth is a human way of exploring and dealing with a mysterious truth.
For example, the people of Israel did not know how the world was made, but they were convinced that it was their God who made it. Without the advantage of telescopes and satellites, the sacred writer used a less scientific way of expressing his faith conviction that Yahweh was the creator. Borrowing an old Babylonian myth, "Enuma Elish," the Jewish author stripped the story of its specifically pagan elements and used what was left to express his belief. Under the form of sacred myth, he tells a beautiful story of Creation, dramatically expressing the truth of God's power, goodness, wisdom and love. Today's science and technology give us a different way to talk about the physical origins of our world. But the truth of the biblical account is as firm as ever: Yahweh made the heavens and the earth and all they contain.

A myth is a lesson in story form which has deep explanatory or symbolic resonance for preliterate cultures, who preserve and cherish the wisdom of their elders through oral traditions by the use of skilled story tellers. Its truth is larger than the advent of critical history which may, or may not exist as in an authoritive written form which becomes "the story".(Preliterate oral traditions vanish as the written word becomes "the story" and the literate become "the authority"). Myth is simultaneously true at more than one level, for those who tell it, hear and delight in it, and understand it within their culture. Most often the term refers specifically to ancient tales from very old cultures, such as Greek mythology or Roman mythology. Some myths descended originally as part of an oral tradition and were only later written down, and many of them exist in multiple versions.

I'm quite impressed. This is above my level, so I'll make a simple definition.
Just an hypothesis, nothing more.

A Myth might be seen as:

An Infectuous disease. More than airborn, 'communication-conveyor born'

This not necessarily hostile knowledge illness spreads by all communication means, especially by mass-media.
In this age of communication it spreads very easily. As known mass-media suffer under viruses. A myth is u subgroup of such viruses.

In the past cultures made borders, walls etcetera that also stopped carriers of both fysical viruses and mind viruses (myths). Since the introduction of radiowaves for mind viruses this is no use anymore. Only barriers that can stop radiowaves can slow down myths spread by radiowaves. But then information-conveyors like air and water might carry sound myths. Knowledge diseases like myths have the ability to suppress contradicting knowledge. That they consider as terrorist diseases.
Like a dominant smell then they fill all of space.

What is clear though is that mass-media should be bordered to lessen risk for intellectual health.

At present the Western World seems to suffer most from myths. Partly caused by being weakened by its dubious doctrine of split mind and body, and partly caused by a large concentration of almost uncontrolled mass media. An example is the persistent myth that corporations like those of Bell, Morgan and an extra huge one like IBM were innocent in WWII. On the contrary they kept doing business with the Nazi regime for many millions of dollars. IBM automated the administrations of most concentration camps. US goverment wrote itself that without IBM's efforts the holocaust in this size would have been totally impossible.
Through passing The Wall myths about the paradise Western World defeated the evil considered thought-system Communism. It deliberately used the devastating destructive power of fairy tales to kill a weaker thought-system. Capitalist 'politics' should have known better. Western myths about the World Wars remained undigestible. These fairy tales twisted history far too much, and made a joke of the concepts 'good' and 'bad'.

To leave behind this episode in history a paradigm shift is needed to a better fitting world history.
This will tell us that Power Thinking is awfully destructive, and love/respect should be preferred.

Fascism as Disease

Fascism is an easy to explain very malicious mind-addiction. I'll give an example.
Consider a pack a wolves. Imagine that the numerous, because of lack of common sense, easily to influence gamma-male wolves (=the man in the street) based on democracy and freedom of speech give orders to small percentage of creative alpha males and run the whole pack. They pick their own leaders, usually frustrated psychotic alpha male wolves. THEN the pack is having 'wishful nightmares' under religious addiction of the hard drug 'fascism'. The pack doesn't realize anymore to be infected with 'fascism', and considers sick behavior to be 'normal'.

Signs: Politicians become slaves of 'the votes'. Frustrating use of bureaucracy (static rules), 'the people' demand 'individual liberty', 'urban growth' and 'democracy'(power to the people) and political leaders rule with law and order executed by 'rational justice' through lawyers together with army/police.

Luckily evolution is way too 'smart' to tolerate such egoistic 'wishful dreaming' (pure reason). Alpha-male wolves are respected and ferocious creatures. Common Sense serves as anti-body, otherwise the situation would be hopeless. When desperate such alpha wolves take the only left respectful road: ... terrorism (victory or death: called 'kamikaze' or whatever). Maniac wolves who act as cheerleaders for a pack should fear for their life.

In human society the best known examples of fascism where in Greek Macedonia (Alexander the Cursed), Italy (Mussolini), Germany (Nazism and Hitler), South Africa (Apartheid), United States (Red Indian genocide, black slavery, Vietnam War).
Not that obvious to notice is the disguised 'protestant dominator view' that infiltrated and rules the US

Fascism and Egoism

Leon Trotsky quote: Fascism is nothing but capitalist reaction.
Fascism is egoism that uses all means to capture 'power', so fascism using capitalism is when looking at The US quite prophetic.

The egoism behind fascism easily spreads in all kinds of disguises. Outside the Western World lots of common sense is available. Inside too, but not in 'leading' circles. 'Rationality' obviously facilitates getting 'infected with fascism. Most people only get 'sero-positive' with fascism. Signs: easily to influence (zombie behavior with as main trigger egoism). Few (so called 'fascist leaders' = leading of fascism) get really get infected, often because already being extremely egoistic. Common people, but lead by egoism. Scary....

Henk Tuten: Don't try to treat fascism by injecting 'rules'. Fascism GROWS by exploiting rules, first gradually twisting rules and secondly completely obeying. For instance: Nazi concentration camps had meticulously in 'rules' translated productivity targets. These told 'workers' in such camps in abstract but precise figures how many Jews had to be extinguished that year, and from which region. Such targets were translated on trainloads, avoiding to link the 'work' to killing.

'Puritans' easily become fascist-targets, because of emotionless rationality. Without much emotion they live in ever more virtual worlds. Scary nightmare worlds, full of 'terrorists' popping up from 'The Axis of Evil'. Most US soldiers claim that they don't kill, but are performing orders direct from the White House.
The Argentine dance 'tango', is close to a beautiful human animal mating RITUAL. 'Rationalism' in the past changed Argentine leaders from common sense human animals into emotionless butchers.
